As long as any life is attached to her body, it is dependent on her will, not the will of a collective amoral majority. I advocate we discourage mothers from abortion, and that we do everything within our power to offer alternatives. | All my answers above are obviously speculative and preliminary. The truth is that we as a society MUST operate within our budget. The day may come when we have to sit down together and decide where our priorities are. Before anything is cut, I think we should look to resolve inefficiencies and expand our revenue base. There is no problem to big for us to solve, if we work together. This is OUR government, and we need to demand it work for you and me. Someone told me long ago, "watch the pennies and the dollars will care for themselves." | |||
| Education and health are the foundations of our liberated society. Often, many social ills are connected to them. While I've answered each questions above, these answers are just the tip of the iceberg. It is my belief that before we increase ANY program that we first look to ensure transparency. How much public money is flushed down the toilet in the name of corruption and waste? Maybe a lot more than we realize. Transparency first. Prioritization second. Then, we the people can sit down and innovate and solve problems. There is no problem too big. We can do it. | |||
| Large corporations do not pay their fair share of local taxes. The little guy has been footing the bill for far too long. I have always been in favor of the "flat tax" concept. My position is to advocate for fair distribution of governmental cost. We are all in this together... and we should all be willing to contribute to extent we can to build our community. No one gets a free ride. We are partners, and we all have a role to play. First things first, let's put and end to corruption and waste. | |||

| So many issues here and so little space to explain. The political arena should be fair and balanced. Maybe it's time we explore using clean elections for ALL candidates? This would ensure money is not the most important factor in our democratic process. I am against "dark money" and believe it leads to corruption and waste. Regarding photo ID at the polls, this seems like an obvious need. Let's make sure a State ID is simple to obtain (for citizens) and is free of charge. Obviously, we don't want non-citizens and deceased people counted at the ballot box. | |||

We pay a lot of money for the fed's to care for immigration policy. I don't think it's a good idea to drain our State treasury to do jobs we've already paid for. Our system is broken on many levels, but nothing we can't fix if we work together. There is nothing that can't be undone, and there is nothing immune to continued improvement. | |||

I am not against private schools, but I am against using public money to fund them. I am against "illegal" immigration. Isn't everyone? Non-citizens are NOT entitles to the same benefits and privileges as citizens. Doesn't this conclusion go without saying? Why on earth are we even arguing about this? If a person is not a citizen, they need to become one legally. Let's fix this process! | |||

That said, we do have an interest in safety. We have decided we don't want people to drive cars that cannot first demonstrate themselves to be safe on the roadway. Maybe we need to think of firearms in a similar manner? We need to talk about where to draw the lines. | |||

| Our problem is that we have been duped into buying "insurance" rather than healthcare. When will we wake up to this very deceptive and upside down fact? We need to eliminate all the bureaucracy and middlemen that stand in between a patient and his or her doctor. There are only two parts to this equation: a person needing a service and a service provider. We are buying the service providers knowledge. Where do insurance companies fit into this equation? Right... nowhere. If a doctor concludes MJ is beneficial, who are YOU to say otherwise? | |||

| Marriage is a contract between two people and is both secular and religious. Secular considerations and religious considerations are NOT the same. If you don't like gay marriage, don't let them join your church. However, each citizen of America is entitled to be a participant in our secular government. I oppose ALL discrimination. I support laws that are objective, not subjective. Whether a person wants to live or die is none of your business, and we have no right to interfere with a person's choice or how his or doctor chooses to advise/assist. In short: mind your own business. | |||
| My first priority is transparency. Without it, we have nothing. Without it, we are all just pretending to be participants in our government. If you elect me, I will wear a body camera and be 100% transparent. I will truly be YOUR representative. I will bring you into office with me. We will make Arizona better, together. Education is of great concern to me and Arizona is failing our children. Education can be traced to almost every problem we face from economic development, innovation, lack of self-governance, uninformed voting and even social ills such as racism and poverty. |
